Are We Psychologically Compatible?

According to Merriam-Webster the word psychological means the science of mind and behavior. It's such a big word for a simple meaning, or not. When we want to get into a relationship with someone we look for compatibility what does that person have in common with you?
You ask yourself do they have the same interests as I do? Are they compassionate? Are they empathetic? Besides physical attraction what makes you attractive to them? What makes them attractive to you?
There is one question you/I never think to ask: Are we psychologically compatible? Are we what? What type of question is that? Who thinks to look for psychological compatibility in a relationship? Really!
