Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers all wrongs proverbs 10:12 KJV

“Talk about wasted energy. Anyone who puts that much energy and time into hating someone where that’s all you think about is asking for some serious health issues. I’m talking high blood pressure, headaches, and heart disease, it affects your mental and physical well-being.” Why do we hate so much? Is that the way one would go through life hating on people who never did you know harm or who even know you?

When you hate you are hurting yourself a lot more than you think. To allow someone to affect you to the point your health tends to deteriorate when your hater genes kick in. Picture this, you wake up on the morning of any given day, and before you finish your first cup of coffee you're thinking about who you are going to hate on today.

You have rationalized your feelings to your advantage. “All of a sudden you are bent over, holding your stomach going down, and you hit the floor.” As you try to pull yourself up off of the floor, it never occurs to you that because of negative energy flowing through your mind and body. It causes your body to malfunction.

According to the website, Power Of Positivity informs us that hatred impacts our mental health and interferes with our overall well-being. It says many people have no idea…
