In life certain pain is to be expected. When you go to the dentist and get your tooth pulled, you will have pain after the anesthesia wares off. When you are exercising after your done you are going to feel some pain. You waited to the last minute to study and the pain of you getting a F instead of an A that hurts.
““When you loose a close friend or a loved one that can be very painful.” After being with some one in a relationship for a long period of time and you both decide to break up, and yes, the break up was mutual, the pain is still there. When it comes to pain through growth, first comes the pain then the growth.
I have no problem with growth, there’s nothing like it. It’s the pain that I don’t like. “Knowing,” without pain there is no growth.
When something or someone hurts you, you have to push through the challenges that pain can cause. Through that push which gets you out of your confront zone, you learn new skills, over coming obstacles and experiencing setbacks which…
