A mind is truly a terrible thing to waste.

As long as we believe what we can’t do, or what we can’t have. We will never achieve what we want for ourselves. There comes a time in every person’s life they will have to decide to change. Looking on the outside it’s easy. You can change your shoes, you can change your hair, clothes, car, even your address.

“There is nothing as powerful as a changed mind. When you make that decision to say enough is enough. The devil can’t do anything to you people can’t do anything to you. You’re tired of being in that abusive relationship, the drugs, drinking, working at a job where you are not appreciated”.

Romans 12:1,2

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect will of God.

With the help of God and our inner determination, we have the power to change our minds. One great thing about our brain it can adapt to any mind change that we feed it.

When you have thoughts that tell you nothing good is ever going to happen to you. Or you don’t have aspirations for your future. This type of mindset is not only harmful to you, but it’s also not good for your health.

This type of thinking can cause dis-ease in your body which can then lead to health issues.

We need to take a step back and focus our minds on the blessings that we already have. Stop looking at what we don’t have. Put the wish list to the side. We need to look up, get on our knees, get in a quiet place, and thank God for what we do have.

In closing!

There are ways we can re-program our minds that will benefit us.

  1. We can work on ourselves by looking in the mirror and taking control of our thought processes.
  2. Retrain your brain. If we have thoughts that don’t allow us to be productive. Think new thoughts.
  3. Read Romans 12:1,2 a few times a day.

We must stop listening to the thoughts in our heads. It is God’s will that our thoughts are right.

God says, he is trying to take us to another dimension, but he says, he can’t take you without your mind. Unless your mind is willing to go.

Nothing else will go with you.
